Juan D. Garcia graduated Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He was a member of Law Review and a member of the school’s negotiating team which competed in the Western Nationals. He was awarded the prestigious Childurlan award for his positive contributions to the law school. Mr. Garcia interned at the Federal Court for the Southern District where he worked on complex cases.
Mr. Garcia began his practice with one of the largest litigation firms in California specializing in health care litigation, employment law and products liability law. Mr. Garcia left “big firm” practice and founded Garcia and Phan. His goal was to deliver “big firm” sophistication and aggressiveness on a more personal level. His area of practice encompasses personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse, real estate litigation and business litigation. Mr. Garcia was raised in Santa Ana and continues to be involved in the community. He is fluent in Spanish. |
