Juan D. Garcia is a principal and partner of GARCIA & PHAN, which was founded in 2003. Mr. Garcia has litigated and tried complex and diverse cases including catastrophic injuries, business disputes, class action wage and hour matters, and products liabilities. Mr. Garcia presently concentrates his practice in the areas of law consisting of business litigation, real
estate, employment, criminal defense, medical malpractice, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. Mr. Garcia brings an "outside the box", pragmatic, and professional approach to the practice of law. Mr. Garcia graduated Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He was a member of Law Review and a member of the school's negotiating team which competed in the Western Nationals. He was awarded the prestigious Childurlan Award for his positive contributions to the law school. Mr. Garcia interned at the Federal Court for the Southern District where he worked on complex cases.

Mr. Garcia began his practice with one of the largest litigation firms in California specializing in health care litigation, employment law and products liability law.

As a principal of Garcia & Phan, Robert N. Phan brings forth a wealth of business experience and litigation skills to the law firm. At the early age of twenty, Mr. Phan co-founded an engineering service corporation which provides printed circuit board engineering and design services to the electronics industry. The corporation co-founded by Mr. Phan remains in operation today, which Mr. Phan remains actively involved as a director and board member.

Mr. Phan obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance at California State University, Fullerton. He subsequently attended Southwestern University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. At Southwestern University, Mr. Phan obtained the CALI-"Excellence for the Future" Award for Federal Courts and was on the law school's Dean's List. He was also the semi-finalist writer for the school's intramural Moot Court competition. Throughout law school, Mr. Phan was an active member in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Christian Legal Society, and International Law Society. Upon graduation and successful completion of the California Bar Examination, Mr. Phan was employed at one of California's largest law firms which specializes in healthcare litigation, elder abuse, products liability, and employment law.

It is important to note that Mr. Phan has successfully litigated and resolved numerous cases on behalf of the firm's wide array of clients, which include corporations, businesses, and individuals. In addition to his successful litigation practice, Mr. Phan has also successfully represented numerous businesses in their transactional and collection matters. Mr. Phan is licensed to practice law in the highest courts of California as well as Federal Court, Central and South Districts. Mr. Phan presently concentrates his practice in the areas of law consisting of commercial and business litigation, real estate, employment, criminal defense, medical malpractice, bankruptcy and creditor rights, and general civil litigation. Mr. Phan speaks fluent Vietnamese and remains actively involved in the community.

Ms. Le is a valued member of the firm, who obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University in Long Beach. Prior to pursuing her desire to practice law, Ms. Le worked as a paralegal for another law firm and assisted in all phases of litigation.

Ms. Le subsequently pursued her dream of becoming an attorney by attending Whittier Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. While attending law school, Ms. Le proudly obtained a fellowship for Whittier's Center for Children's Rights.

Upon graduation and successful completion of the California Bar Examination, Ms. Le was employed and worked directly under the Honorable Robert H. London (retired) and his law firm. Ms. Le presently concentrates her practice in the areas of law consisting of criminal defense, employment law, real estate, and general civil litigation. Ms. Le is also a California licensed real estate broker.

Ms. Le is fluent in Vietnamese and remains actively involved in the community.

Garcia & Phan welcomes Cyrus E. Seradj as a new addition to its arsenal of well trained and experienced litigators. As the law firm's Of Counsel, Mr. Seradj has extensive arbitration and trial experience in the areas of law including business, corporate, employment, real estate litigation and personal injury. Mr. Seradj graduated from Villanova University in 1989 and continued on to law school at the University of San Diego, graduating in 1995. Mr Seradj is also a licensed real estate broker. He remains active in both the San Diego and Orange County communities.
